Embassy of Nigeria

Located on a crest of a hill in the Cleveland Park neighborhood of Northwest DC, the Nigerian Embassy’s new chancery building features three above-grade levels of office and meeting space, an ambassador’s suite, and below-grade parking for 90 cars.

Designed to the U.S. Department of State standards, the building is a modern structure with a stone-clad exterior and a soaring, light-filled atrium/lobby with a curtain-wall of glass.  The structural scope also included consultation from the schematic design through construction administration phases.
