A future world-class office building, which will anchor a corner of the new mixed-use CityCenterDC site.  The building will include 35,000 sf feet of retail space, four levels of below-grade parking for 500 cars, plus 50,000 sf of concourse-level space for office or retail use.

The Class “A”, cast-in-place, reinforced concrete building features an expansive interior atrium with unbraced columns extending the full height of 12 stories, which provide support for the glass roof enclosure.  The building is slated to achieve LEED Platinum certification and will include a photo-voltaic solar array on the penthouse roof.
