Principal Emeritus

Marcia Camarda, PE, LEED AP joined SK&A in 1984, and became a Principal in 1998.  Over the course of her nearly forty years with SK&A, Marcia provided structural planning, design project management, and construction administration for numerous high-profile projects, including corporate headquarters, university campuses, and large-scale mixed-use projects. Transitioning to a new role in 2022 as Principal Emeritus, Marcia is engaged in leadership of select key initiatives, and makes important contributions in support of staff development, leadership training, and company culture.

Career Highlights

  • Member of the team that designed the first LEED Platinum building in the State of Maryland
  • Served as SK&A’s Managing Principal for thirteen years, during which time the company won over 250 project design awards
